etalbond® – A2 Non-Combustible

etalbond® – A2 is an incombustible aluminum composite panel used in arquitecture, with a 0.5 mm thick aluminum face sheets and a mineral core layer. Thanks to the mineral-filled core, the panel with a total thickness of 4 mm meets the requirements of DIN EN 13501-1 – A2 (non-flammable), s1 (lowest possible smoke emission), d0 (no droplets when exposed to fire). Our coatings are Lead (Pb), Chrome (Cr) and Isophorone (IF) free. REACH compliant as per 1907/2006/EU, and is RoHS compliant as per the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EU. Furthermore, our coating process complies with all the European norms and quality standards BREF, DIN, ASTM, BS, EN, ISO and ECCA, has a zero liquid waste discharge system and is fully compliant with the Industrial Emissions' Directive (IED) 2010/75/EU and can, therefore, also be used in external architecture, such as high-rise and high occupancy buildings.
