polycon - Project: ROY Residential Complex, in Winterthur / CH

Residential and commercial development ROY - the courtyard and street-side facades were identically designed. The coloured fiber glass reinforced concrete elements give the facade the necessary quality and identity. A continuous grid structure the facades. The projections and recesses give the facade a relief-like formulation, the expression of which is reinforced in depth by the play of light and shadow. A total of approx. 12,000 m² of polycon glass fiber concrete with a wall thickness of 16 mm was delivered.
